TERMS & CONDITIONS ONLINE RENTAL
The following abbreviations are used:
Sport Salner GmbH/Ischgl Rent as the lessor
Customer as the lessee
The entire rental material is not covered by theft and loss insurance!
With the Ischgl Rent Protection Package for a flat fee of € 15.00, the rental items are insured to 100% against theft and loss from 8 am to 6 pm without any excess. The below conditions apply. The Protection Package has to be purchased together with the online booking or directly at the Shop prior to the start of the rental period.
After 6 pm the rental items have to be stored in a depot or in a lockable ski room. Many hotels offer video surveillance of the ski room. The lessee therefore agrees that the host or the police are eligible to request and assess the video material! Ischgl Rent customers can store the rental items free of charge in any branch.
Without purchasing the Ischgl Rent Protection Package, the following excess of the respective price class applies in case of theft or loss: Platin € 400.00 / Gold € 300.00 / Silver € 200.00 / Ski or snowboard boots € 150.00
The Ischgl Rent Protection Package assumes the costs in case of theft and loss only if theft or loss occurs between 8 am and 6 pm. Presentation of a police report for theft or loss including the time of the incident is mandatory! If no police report for theft or loss is presented, the excess amount of the respective price class has to be paid in the Shop! In the event of theft or loss of the rental item, the customer has to report the theft or loss at the local police station and hand a copy of the police report over to the lessor.
The Protection Package does not include liability insurance, accident, rescue or helicopter costs or other costs and these are not offered!
In case of loss of a rental item through theft, swapping or total loss without insurance, the lessee will be charged the excess for the respective category. The amount is due immediately on-site.
In case of wilful damage or damage due to improper handling, the excess of the respective category will be charged. (Not included in the rent protection package)
Exchanging the rental items for an item of the same value is possible at any time during the course of the rental period. Exchanging the rental items for an item of a higher category is possible for a surcharge with the online booking reduction. No refund for exchanging rental items for an item of a lower price category.
In case of online booking, the rental fee has to be paid in advance by credit card.
If the rented items are not returned punctually and in good condition, for whatever reason, 2 days after the end of the rental period the lessor will report the lessee to the police and the remaining days until return of the rental items will be charged.
Refund in the event of early return of rental items.
If the “SportEasy Cancellation Protection” was purchased together with the online booking, cancellation in writing is free of charge up to 2 days before the agreed date of arrival or on-site by presenting a medical certificate or in case of early departure (confirmed by the accommodation). Only the SportEasy insurance fee will be deducted.
When purchasing the “SportEasy Cancellation Protection” during online booking on the portal, the entire rental fee, except for the cost of the cancellation protection fee, is refunded to the bank account of the lessee within 7 days for cancellations occurring up to 2 days prior to the date of arrival – only in case of cancellation of the holiday.
For holders of Cancellation Insurance, in the event of illness and/or accident the difference will be refunded upon presentation of a medical certificate.
The SportEasy Cancellation Insurance does not include insurance against theft or loss!
The “SportEasy Cancellation Protection” is available during online booking for a 2% surcharge on the rental fee.
The started day will not be charged if the rental equipment is returned by 9 am.
The main lessee declares responsibility for the correctness of the data of each individual person – the names provided during online booking by his family, friends, acquaintances, group, children, and so on, who rent under the same contract. With the online booking, the lessee and persons booking under the same contract, agree to the professional adjustment of the ski binding and accept the below regulations and rental conditions. The main lessee is obliged to inform the persons booking under his contract, that the data provided must be truthful and has to comply with the booking day.
Bindings are adjusted according to ISO.Note: Assessment of the release torque with a test device is not performed. By accepting the General Terms&Conditions, the customer confirms the following points for himself and for the persons booking under the same contract:
A, that he/she has taken note of this
B, the correctness of personal data and the data of persons renting under the same contract
C, to have read the Terms&Conditions and to accept them with the booking
D, the legal guardian is responsible for minors under the age of 18
The main lessee declares responsibility for the correctness of the data provided during online booking or during on-site booking by his family, friends, acquaintances, group, children, and so on, who rent under the same contract.
When picking up the rental items, the lessee has to present an ID!
With the online booking and with the acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions, the lessee concludes a legally binding rental contract based on the above conditions.
The rental contract is concluded between the lessee and Sport Salner GmbH 6561 Ischgl

With their signature, the lessees, who rent the rental items directly in the Shop, agree to the professional adjustment of the binding based on the personal data they provide, and they accept the regulations and rental conditions.

With a direct booking on-site and with his signature at check-in, the lessee accepts the General Terms and Conditions and concludes a legally binding rental contract.
